D.S. Chaudhary is the Founder of the Firm. He is in the practice for more than three decades. He has dealt with variety of cases in almost all the jurisdictions. He has practiced before all the courts including the Subordinate Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court. He has been regularly appearing before the Central Administrative Tribunal. He appeared before many High Courts including Allahabad High Court, Karnataka High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Manipur High Court, Gauhati High Court and Himachal Pradesh High Court. During his professional career, he has dealt with thousands of cases with maximum success rate. He was closely associated in the historical cases wherein the CBI was held unconstitutional by the Gauhati High Court. He has many reported cases to his credit. He challenged the income criteria fixed by Delhi High Court for designation of Sr. Advocate, which was struck down by the Full Bench of Delhi High Court. He delivered many lectures in CBI Academy.
